How to Redeem:

1. Visit https://www.ecosmobility.com/our-fleet/.
2. Fill out the form by providing the following details:
Name, Contact Number, Car Service Type, Service Category, Car Name and any other required information
3. Enter the promo code ECOMOB15 and mention that you are looking forward to a discount.
4. The Travel Assistant will take the process forward from there.
CESC Consumer Redemption Flow:
1. Platform Access available only to active CESC consumers.
2. Entry Point consumer will access the CESC App or Website.
3. Select a designated tab or banner that routes them to the redemption platform via Single Sign-On (SSO).
4. Information shared via API will include Customer ID, Name, Key, Source, Other details as per the SSO documentation.
5. Platform Access Validation, The Thriwe system will validate customer details in its database.
6. If mapping is successful, access to the platform is granted.
7. No login or registration is required.
8. Direct access to the platform is restricted unless SSO validation succeeds.
9. Customer Journey on Platform Customers can view available points
• Explore categories for point redemption
• See offer details
• Redeem points to generate vouchers.
10. At the time of voucher redemption, the system will prompt for Mobile Number, Email ID, The checkbox for the selected service will be enabled by default.
• Name (fetched via API) will auto-populate.
• On first visit, customers must enter their Phone Number and Email Address.
• On subsequent visits, these fields will auto-populate but remain editable.
11. Post-Voucher Generation system will send confirmation via Email, SMS
12. Customers can view voucher details and history in the History tab.
