• The Zomato Gold membership can be activated on the Zomato App using the unique invite code sent to the user via email.
• An applicant must register for Zomato Gold membership on the Zomato App using the invite code before the expiry date as mentioned on the eVoucher.
• Once an eVoucher is issued, the order or purchase of the same cannot be cancelled by the purchaser.
• Expired eVoucher cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
• Once the invite code is redeemed, the membership is non refundable.
• Zomato Gold offer offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or deal.
• This offer is not valid for existing Zomato Gold members
• How to use the invite code?
  • Open the Zomato App.
  • Tap on the Zomato Gold banner.
  • Click on “Have an invite code?’
  • Enter the invite code in the pop-up.
  • Follow the steps to proceed to completing the purchase. You don’t have to make any payment on the Zomato app when using the invite code.
  • Your Zomato Gold subscription is now activated.
• The Zomato gold membership card is required to avail the benefits of Zomato Gold programme.
• Zomato accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for misuse of this eVoucher.
• Zomato is not responsible for lost or stolen eVouchers.
• Any dispute relating this eVoucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
• These terms as well as the terms and conditions of Zomato shall be applicable. Zomato reserves the right to amend the said terms and conditions from time to time.
• This eVoucher is not redeemable for cash or any other products and services offered by Amazon or Zomato.
